Where Everyone Belongs

Year-round, enjoy a varied schedule of cultural programs, classes, free tours of the Marion Davies Guest House, gallery exhibits, and sand courts for beach tennis, volleyball and soccer. During summer, added offerings include the pool, Monday Fun Day activities, beach games, a Rec Room with board games and ping pong, plus summer classes. The site is fully accessible, including a pool lift and beach wheelchair. Reservations are offered - though not required - during the summer for the pool, parking, beach volleyball and tennis courts, soccer fields, and canopies. Beach volleyball, tennis, and soccer reservations are available year-round.

Fall, winter, and spring provide an opportunity to shift the focus to more contemplative programming, providing a great opportunity for businesses, organizations and individuals to rent the Beach House for meetings and special events. The Beach House is also available for commercial film and photo shoots.

For the safety and enjoyment of all Beach House guests, the following are prohibited:

Smoking
Dogs (except service dogs)
Consuming alcohol unless attending a permitted event
Using glass containers
Lighting fires including fireworks, barbecues and wick chafing fuel
Balloons
Securing bikes to railings (bike racks available)
Riding bikes, scooters, Segways and the like in courtyards and walkways
Personal canopies, umbrellas, tables and chairs in courtyard and deck areas
Occupying more than 4 tables and 16 chairs per group
Furniture deliveries from rental companies
Setting up more than 4 personal canopies and/or canopies larger than 12'x12'
Moving Beach House umbrellas
Amplified music
Attaching signage or decor to railings, walls or trees

Other restrictions may apply; guests must abide by the decisions of Beach House staff regarding the interpretation of any rules.
